We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, limited releases, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Club 27 may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed on the website.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

Typical delivery times within the United States are:

- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- Other shipping methods: Delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Club 27 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Club 27 is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or household members.

LIMITED RELEASE PRODUCTS

Many Club 27 products are produced in limited quantities. Shipping delays caused by carriers do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or return.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Club 27 primarily ships within the United States. International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times will be displayed at checkout if offered.
